1. Agreement to Terms

AliceTears ("we", "us", "the Service") is an AI-powered entertainment platform offering tarot readings, AI chat, creator tools (infographics, translation, transcription, and similar utilities), and a virtual coin economy, accessible at alicetears.com and its subdomains including lune.alicetears.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

Tarot readings, AI chat responses, and any "divination" features are provided strictly for entertainment purposes. They are generated by AI models and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on them for real-world decisions of that nature.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including any third-party login such as Twitch OAuth) and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Virtual Coins & Purchases

The Service may offer a virtual currency ("Coins") and paid membership tiers, processed through Stripe. Coins and membership benefits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, transferred between accounts, or resold, and may only be used within the Service. We may adjust Coin pricing, earning rates, or availability at any time.

Purchases are generally final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us (see Section 10) within 14 days of purchase if you believe a charge was made in error or a paid feature failed to work as described. Refunds are not available for Coins or benefits that have already been substantially consumed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service; use it to generate illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; harass other users or staff; attempt to bypass rate limits, payment systems, or access controls; or use automated means to scrape or overload the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, uploaded files for tools like transcription or infographics). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund of unused Coins or membership time in cases of abuse or fraud.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
