Meeting Notes Summarizer
Paste a transcript, get a summary, decisions, and action items
How can I turn a meeting transcript into minutes quickly?
Paste your meeting transcript or notes and get a summary broken into an overview, decisions, action items and topics discussed, ready to use as a first draft of your minutes.
This AI meeting summary tool takes up to 40,000 characters per run. Paste a full call transcript, rough notes taken during the meeting, or the auto-generated transcript from Zoom or Google Meet. The output has four parts: a 2–4 sentence overview, the decisions that were made, the action items, and the topics covered.
The model is instructed not to add anything that isn't in your transcript. If a meeting had no clear decisions or tasks, that section stays empty instead of being padded with guesses. When the notes name a person next to a task, the action item keeps that owner. That makes the result easier to trust when you pass it on to people who missed the meeting.
If you only have a recording, run it through the transcription tool first and paste the transcript here. It's a quick route to Thai or English meeting minutes: take the summary, fit it into your organization's template and review it before sending it out.
Each summary costs 20 coins and requires an account. If a summary fails, the coins are refunded automatically. Past summaries are saved to your history so you can reopen them later.

Frequently asked questions
Is the AI meeting summary free?+
Each summary costs 20 coins, and the coins are refunded automatically if it fails.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. Sign in so coins can be charged and your summaries are saved to your history.
Does it pull out action items?+
Yes. Decisions and action items are listed separately. If there are none in the transcript, those sections stay empty rather than being invented.
Does it assign action items to specific people?+
If your notes mention a name against a task, the summary keeps that owner. It won't guess an owner your notes don't specify.
How long can the transcript be?+
Up to 40,000 characters per summary. It's built to condense long, messy input, so a full call transcript is fine.
Can I use it with a Zoom or Google Meet transcript?+
Yes. Copy the auto-generated transcript from your meeting tool, paste it in and summarize it like any other text.
Can I upload an audio recording of the meeting?+
This tool takes text only. Transcribe the recording with the audio-to-text tool first, then paste the transcript here.
Can I send the result as official minutes?+
Treat it as a first draft. It pulls out the key points, decisions and tasks, but you should fit it to your organization's format and review it before circulating.
