Frequently asked questions

What can I actually spend coins on?

Any paid AI generation on the site — transcription past the free daily quota, infographic image analysis, chat skins, novel chapters past the free preview, and similar tools. Each tool shows its coin cost before you generate.

How do I buy coins and is payment secure?

Pick a coin pack on this page and pay through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Is there a free way to get coins without paying?

Yes — claim your daily free coins once every 24 hours; claiming on consecutive days builds a streak for a larger daily amount.

Do coins expire?

No — coins stay on your account with no expiry until you spend them.

Can I get a refund on coins I bought?

Refunds are considered case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if a charge was made in error or a paid tool failed to deliver — see the Terms of Service for details. Coins already spent aren't refundable.
